Rain and a few storms are likely over the weekend, but most of the wet weather will push through Saturday night. A cold front will cool us off for Easter Sunday, but look for temperatures to steadily warm back up next week.
For tonight clouds will fill back in, but we'll stay otherwise quiet. Temperatures will fall into the mid 60s.
Saturday brings another warm day with a mix of clouds and sunshine. Temperatures by afternoon will reach the low to mid 80s with just a slight chance for a few showers.
Rain and storms will begin spreading into NW Alabama by late afternoon/early evening. A strong storm with gusty windy can't be ruled out through mid-evening, but the overall potential for seeing any severe weather is low. We'll stay wet for much of Saturday night.
Rain will rapidly wind down from west to early on Easter Sunday. The last of the showers should clear NE Alabama no later than 9-10am. We'll see a clearing and drying trend for the rest of the day. Look for a breezy and cooler afternoon with highs in the mid 60s.
Temperatures will be in the 60s to around 70 with mornings lows in the 40s to start off next week. A steady warm up will put us back around 80 by next weekend. Mainly sunny and dry conditions are expected for the week ahead.
